RE:  JANITORIAL SERVICE – 1.  9 ^th Street Parking Deck 85 W. 9 ^th St.

2.  Train Depot 171 Lincoln Ave

3.   9 ^th Street Public Restroom 214 Central Ave.

The City of Holland will receive sealed bids from prospective bidders to furnish cleaning and janitorial services for the Downtown 9 ^th Street Parking Deck located at 85 W. 9 ^th Street Holland MI 49423, Train Depot located at 171 Lincoln Avenue Holland MI  49423 and 9 ^th Street Public Restroom located at 214 Central Ave. Holland MI  49423.

The bids will be received at the FINANCE OFFICE, CITY HALL, 270 S. RIVER AVENUE, HOLLAND, MICHIGAN   49423 until 11:00 A.M., Thursday, May 22, 2025 at which time they will be publicly opened and read.  You are invited, but not required, to attend said bid opening.

A MANDATORY pre-bid meeting will be held Monday, May 12, 2025 at 9am at the DDA Office, located at 150 W 8 ^th Street.   The walk-through of each facility will begin at the DDA office, then 9 ^th St Parking Deck, then 9 ^th St Restroom, and finish at the Holland Train Depot.

Bids must be on the "BID FORM" provided and be submitted in a sealed envelope that is plainly marked "JANITORIAL BID – 9 ^TH ST PARKING DECK, TRAIN DEPOT, AND 9 ^th ST RESTROOM”.
