Janitorial Services (Specialized)

Separate, sealed bids for “Janitorial Services, Specialized, City of Dothan Facilities” in Dothan, Alabama, will be received by the Finance Department, Room 213, on the second floor of the Civic Center, located at 126 N. Saint Andrews Street, until 1:30 p.m. on the date of the bid, and then from 1:30 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. bids will be received in Room 203. Final bids must be received before the deadline at 2:00 p.m., September 23, 2025. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud in the City Commission Chambers, Room 203, second floor of the Civic Center.

“Janitorial Services, Specialized, City of Dothan Facilities,” Dothan, Alabama, 36303, as indicated in the bid documents, includes the required services at the City facilities, as specified.

It is strongly recommended that prime bidders attend a Pre-Bid Conference on September 09, 2025, at 10:00 a.m., beginning at the Wiregrass Public Safety Center, Administration Building: 100 Public Safety Way, Dothan, Alabama. Proposals from bidders with registered attendance at the Pre-Bid Conference will be given preference.

The Plans, Specifications, and other Contract Documents may be examined at the City of Dothan’s procurement website https://cityofdothan.procureware.com. Questions pertaining to the bid documents may be directed to Joshua Vickers, General Services Project Manager, through the Procureware site under the Clarifications for the Bid section. These documents may be only used for the purpose of bidding on this project. Anyone logging into the site for specifications will be notified of all addenda by e-mail. All requests for information and clarification must be submitted by noon on September 19, 2025.

The owner reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all bids.

No bidder may withdraw his bid within sixty (60) days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
