THE WORK CONSISTS OF:

Contractor will furnish all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to perform janitorial services at the locations and frequencies described below:

Janitorial/cleaning services on a two (2) day per week schedule, 104 Service days, at the following location(s):

62 MAIN ST, ANSONIA, CT (544 SQ. FT.)

334 MAIN ST, ANSONIA, CT (1,258 SQ. FT.)

453 WINSTED ROAD, TORRINGTON, CT (1,416 SQ. FT.)

597 FARMINGTON AVE, SITE 21, BRISTOL, CT (3,000 SQ. FT.)

Janitorial/cleaning services on a three (3) day per week schedule, 156 Service days at the following location(s):

61 NEWTON ROAD, UNIT 13, DANBURY, CT (3,360 SQ. FT.)

581 WOLCOTT STREET, WATERBURY, CT (3,816 SQ. FT.)

4490 MAIN STREET, BRIDGEPORT, CT (4,525 SQ. FT.)

This is not a request for quotes at this time. The solicitation requirements and contract documents, to include instructions for submission, and the response date will be available on or about March 14, 2025. Neither telephonic, mailed nor faxed requests for hard copies of this solicitation will be accepted. The solicitation will only be available online; in order to download the solicitation offerors must access the Contract Opportunities website (www.SAM.gov).

This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors. The applicable NAICS code is 561720 with a Small Business Size Standard of $22 Million.

ALL VENDORS MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE REGISTRATION IN SAM.GOV AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED. ANY VENDOR THAT DOES NOT HAVE AN ACTIVE SAM.GOV REGISTRATION WILL BE REJECTED AS NON RESPONSIVE.
