The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers – New England District is issuing a Pre-Solicitation Notice for Janitorial Services, Recruiting Centers, 11 locations in MA and RI

THE WORK CONSISTS OF: Contractor will furnish all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to perform janitorial services at the locations and frequencies described below:

Janitorial/cleaning services on a two (2) day per week schedule, 104 Service days, at the following location(s):

2374 POST ROAD, SUITE 8, WARWICK, RI (704 SQ. FT.)

10-16 CENTRAL STREET, FOXBOROUGH, MA (825 SQ. FT.)

3381 EAST MAIN STREET, PORTSMOUTH, RI (1,092 SQ. FT.)

101 PRESIDENT AVENUE, FALL RIVER, MA (1,129 SQ. FT.)

61 COMMERCE WAY, UNIT 2, PLYMOUTH, MA (1,500 SQ. FT.)

1 WASHINGTON STREET, TAUNTON, MA (2,880 SQ. FT.)

Janitorial/cleaning services on a three (3) day per week schedule, 156 Service days at the following location(s):

42 LONG POND ROAD SUITE 6, PLYMOUTH, MA (3,850 SQ. FT.)

1551 DIAMOND HILL ROAD, WOONSOCKET, RI (3,984 SQ. FT.)

47 EAGEL STREET SUITE 104, PROVIDENCE, RI (4,300 SQ. FT.)

145-D FAUNCE CORNER ROAD, N. DARTMOUTH, MA (4,400 SQ. FT)

300 QUAKER LANE SUITES 5 & 6, WARWICK, RI (5,517 SQ. FT.)

This is not a request for quotes at this time. The solicitation requirements and contract documents, to include instructions for submission, and the response date will be available on or about March 7, 2025. Neither telephonic, mailed nor faxed requests for hard copies of this solicitation will be accepted. The solicitation will only be available online; in order to download the solicitation offerors must access the Contract Opportunities website (www.SAM.gov).

This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors. The applicable NAICS code is 561720 with a Small Business Size Standard of $22 Million.

ALL VENDORS MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE REGISTRATION IN SAM.GOV AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED. ANY VENDOR THAT DOES NOT HAVE AN ACTIVE SAM.GOV REGISTRATION WILL BE REJECTED AS NON RESPONSIVE.
