Janitorial Services for Zone 1, RFQ 555785

The intent of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is for the County of Loudoun, Virginia (County) to obtain the services of a qualified Contractor to provide janitorial and related services at the following locations (collectively called “Zone 1”):

1. Loudoun County Government Center at 1 Harrison Street SE, Leesburg Virginia 20175.

2. Senior Center of Leesburg at 102 North Street, NW, Leesburg, Virginia 20176.

3. Loudoun County Public Library Administration at 102 North Street, NW, Leesburg, Virginia 20176.

4. Backup Emergency Communication Center at 102 North Street, NW, Leesburg, Virginia 20176.

5. Western Sheriff’s Station at 47 Loudoun Street, Round Hill, Virginia 20141.

Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference:

A Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held on October 6, 2022 at 9:00 AM at the Loudoun County Government Center, Dulles Room 1st Floor, located at 1 Harrison Street SE, Leesburg Virginia 20175 for clarification of any questions on the specifications and inspection of the sites (more information on the site visit schedule can be found in Section 7.4.).
