The intent of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is for the County of Loudoun, Virginia (County) to obtain the services of a qualified Contractor to provide janitorial and related services at the following locations, collectively called “Zone 1 – JUDICIAL FACILITIES”. These locations are described throughout this document as “Facilities”.

Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference:

A Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held on Thursday, February 8, 2024 at 2:00 p.m. at the Large Conference Room #102, located at 801 Sycolin Rd. SE, 1st floor, Leesburg, VA 20175, for clarification of any questions on the specifications and inspection of sites.

The walk-throughs (site inspections) of the facilities are scheduled for Saturday, February 10, 2024 at 10:00 a.m.
