The intent of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is for the County of Loudoun, Virginia (County) to obtain the services of a qualified Contractor to provide janitorial and related services at the following locations (collectively called “Zone 2”). Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting:

A Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held on February 21, 2023 at 09:00 a.m. at the Voter Registration Training Room #1, located at 750 Miller Drive, Suite 150, Leesburg, Virginia 20175, for clarification of any questions on the specifications and inspection of sites.
