Janitorial Services for USDA, APHIS, PPQ Field Ops in Hollywood, SC

The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Animal Plant & Health Inspection Service (APHIS), Plant Protection and Quarantine (PPQ), Asian Longhorned Beetle Eradication Program requires janitorial services within its facilities located in Hollywood, SC. The Contractor must provide janitorial services once (1) weekly, between the hours of 7:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. ET for the following two trailers, a total of approximately 2,880 square feet of cleanable space:

• Trailer A – Approximately 1,440 square feet


• Trailer B - Approximately 1,440 square feet

NOTE: The once-per-week janitorial service must be rendered on a mutually agreed day of the week between the Contractor and the USDA Technical Point of Contact.

The Contractor must furnish all necessary labor, tools, and equipment in accordance with these specifications, general provisions, and all other conditions of this solicitation necessary to render janitorial services as required by this Statement of Work.

This procurement is a Total Small Business Set-Aside in accordance with FAR 52.219-6. The NAICS code for this requirement is 561720 – Janitorial Services with a small business size standard of $22.0 Million.
