Janitorial Services for USDA, AMS, FGIS in Jonesboro, AR

USDA, AMS, FGIS located at 1904 Grant Ave. Suite J, Jonesboro, AR 72401-6160 requires janitorial services three (3) days per week for approximately 1,500 square feet. The USDA will furnish the disposable supplies for use within each suite, i.e., paper towels, wastebasket liners, toilet paper and hand soap. The Contractor must furnish all necessary labor, tools, and equipment in accordance with these specifications, general provisions, and all other conditions of this solicitation necessary to render janitorial services as required by this Statement of Work.

This procurement is a Total Small Business Set-Aside in accordance with FAR 52.219-6. The NAICS code for this requirement is 561720 – Janitorial Services with a small business size standard of $22.0 Million.

This requirement is subject to availability of Fiscal Year (FY) 2025 funds.
