Janitorial Services for the McDade Administration Building, 612-640 South Broad Street, Trenton, NJ for a Period of One (1) Year with an Option to Extend One (1) Year

The County of Mercer requests bids for janitorial services at the McDade Administration Building. The expected services and products are described in this request for bid (RFB). The intent of this RFB is to award a contract to that responsive and responsible bidder whose bid proposal, conforming to this RFB, is most advantageous to the County in accordance with the New Jersey Local Public Contract Laws. The contract shall be awarded for a period of one (1) year with an option to extend one (1) year. Bidders shall have two years’ experience in providing similar services. All questions must be submitted in writing via email to or on the BidNet portal. Deadline to submit questions will be March 21,2025 at 12:00 P.M.

SITE VISIT
A site visit is scheduled for March 20th ,2025 at 10:00 A.M. A site visit is not a mandatory requirement, but it is strongly recommended. Failure to attend does not relieve the respondent of any obligations or requirements.
