The City of Seattle is seeking bids for Janitorial Services for the Charles St Complex to be submitted through the Procurement Portal at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/seattle no later than 1:00 pm on Wednesday, May 28, 2025 . The janitorial services at the Charles St. Complex are detailed in the scope of work document. The City has had a successful contract for these services; however, the City is returning for a competitive solicitation to establish a new contract.
