Janitorial Services for the Bureau of Radiation Control

The Arizona Department of Health Services (ADHS), Bureau of Radiation Control (BRC) is requesting offer from qualified Suppliers. The purpose of the Solicitation is to conduct a competitive process, in accordance with Arizona Revised Statute (A.R.S.) § 41-2533 et seq. to provide ​​an all-inclusive Contract for janitorial services as specified below for the BRC.  Requirements include to provide janitorial services at the BRC to be submitted as “all inclusive”. This shall include all chemicals, materials, equipment, services, labor, travel, insurances, and workers compensation fee, profits, and overhead expenses.

No Pre-Offer Conference will be held for this solicitation. All questions related to the solicitation should be submitted using the Discussion Forum tab no later than three (3) calendar days before the offer due date of May 5th, 2025 by 3:00 pm local Arizona time.
