The purpose of this IFB is to enter into a contract to provide: Janitorial Services for the Behavorial Health Treatment Center
Mandatory Site Visit: There will be a MANDATORY Site Visit being held at the Behavorial Health Treatment Center located at 8523 S Redwood Rd. West Jordan, UT 84088 on the 11th of March, 2026 at 930am local time. We will meet in the lobby of the first floor and the site visit will begin promptly at 930am local time. Any vendor not present by 930am will be dismissed and will not be permitted to submit for this solicitation.
It is anticipated that this IFB will result in a single contract award to the lowest cost responsive and responsible vendor.
The methodology or formula that will be used to determine the number of contract awards is: Lowest responsive and responsible bidder.
Length of Contract: 5 years.
Vendor must guarantee its pricing for 2 years.
