The intent of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is for the County of Loudoun, Virginia (County) to obtain firm fixed pricing from qualified firms or Contractors to provide janitorial and related services at the Department of Parks, Recreation and Community Services (PRCS) Community Centers.

A Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference and walkthroughs will be held on April 7, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. at 407 East Market Street, Leesburg, Virginia 20176, for clarification of any questions on the scope of services and on-site inspection and to provide a high-level overview of the supplier registration process and online submission of bids through iSupplier.
