This solicitation is a Best Value Bid . Best value bidding is a hybrid form of the invitation for bids which allows factors other than price to be considered in the determination of award for specific goods or services, based on pre-determined criteria identified below. Only the names of participating vendors will be released at bid opening. This contract is anticipated to start March 31, 2025.
