Janitorial Services for Claude Moore Recreation and Community Center, RFQ 637796

The intent of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is for the County of Loudoun, Virginia (County) to obtain the services of a qualified Contractor to provide janitorial and related services at the following location. This location is described throughout this document as “the Facility”.

Claude Moore Recreation and Community Center is located at 46105 Loudoun Park Lane, Sterling, Virginia 20164

Pre-Bid Conference:

A Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference and walkthrough will be held on September 12, 2023 at 09:30 a.m. at the Claude Moore Recreation and Community Center for clarification of any questions on the specifications and inspection of sites.

Failure to attend the Pre-Bid Conference and walkthrough, as well as sign the sign-in sheet, will result in the bid being rejected. Late entry to the Pre-Bid Conference will not be permitted.
