The City is seeking a qualified vendor to provide the following services:

Janitorial services for the following sites:

• Civic Center 200 Civic Center Dr
• Gloria McClellan Senior Center. 1400 Vale Terrace Dr
• Jim Porter Recreation Center, 1200 Vale Terrace Dr
• Public Works Taylor Yard. 1165 E Taylor
• Public Works Buena Yard. 2569 Lupine Hills Dr
• Thibodo Ranch House. 1810 Lupine Hills Dr
• Rancho Buena Vista Adobe. 640 Alta Vista Dr

There will be 3 mandatory site visits for the following dates:

• Wednesday, July 2, 2025, starting at 1:00pm for sites:
  • To start please meet at the Civic Center, 200 Civic Center Drive, Vista, CA 92084
  • Rancho Buena Vista Adobe, 640 Alta Vista Drive, Vista, CA 92084
  • Jim Porter Recreation Center, 1200 Vale Terrance Drive, Vista, CA 92084
  • Gloria McClellan Senior Center, 1400 Vale Terrace Drive, Vista, CA 92084

• Monday July 7, 2025, starting at 1:00pm for sites:
  • To start please meet at Public Works Buena yard, 2569 Lupine Hills Drive, Vista, CA 92081
  • Thibodo Community Center, 1810 Lupine Hills Road, Vista, CA 92081

• Wednesday July 8, 2025, starting at 1:00pm for site:
  • To start please meet at Public Works Yard, 1165 E Taylor Street, Vista, CA 92084

The site visits will consist of a walkthrough tour of each site listed above. The walk-through tours are mandatory. Failure to participate in all three walkthrough tours will result in an automatic disqualification.

Please note: Site visits can take up to 3 hours.

• Determination of the lowest bid will be based on the lowest total for base items bid.
• For the pricing table, please enter the total one-time cost inclusive of the cost of chemicals (Base Bid Level 2) required to accomplish the specified task one (1) time.
• Base items Price per unit will be multiplied by annual frequency to get the total for the line item.
