Description:

The intent of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is for the County of Loudoun, Virginia (County) to obtain the services of a qualified Contractor to provide janitorial and related services at the following location (hereinafter referred to as the “Facility”):

Ashburn Recreation and Community Center, located at 21105 Coopers Hawk Dr, Ashburn, Virginia 20148.

Pre-Bid Conference:

A Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference and walkthrough will be held on February 13, 2025, at 12:00 p.m. at the Large Conference Room #102, located at 801 Sycolin Rd. SE, 1st floor, Leesburg, VA 20175, for clarification of any questions on the specifications and inspection of sites.
