Sealed proposals for furnishing and delivering the following items and/or services for the City of Erie will be received via Penn Bid by the City Purchasing Dept., 626 State St., Room 305, Erie, PA 16501 until 10:00 A.M., prevailing local time, on Monday, July 27, 2026:

Bids shall be made available for download in PDF format at https://PennBid.net and had by bona fide bidders. Questions regarding this bid can be sent via Penn Bid.
Each proposal shall be accompanied by a bid bond in the form of a Corporate Surety Bond, Certified Check or Cashier’s Check in the sum of $1,000.00. Cash, personal or corporate checks are not acceptable.
