Project Description: The City of Westerville is accepting proposals for janitorial services for six (6) City of Westerville facilities. The initial term of the contract shall be for a three (3) year period. The contract shall be from January 1, 2026, through December 31, 2028, subject to annual appropriation of funds. The contract may be renewed at the expiration of the initial term at the request/option of the City. The renewal may be for up to two (2) additional one (1) year periods.
