2501-003 - Janitorial Services Spanish Fork Public Works Building

Project Description: Spanish Fork City (City) is accepting proposals from janitorial firms (Contractor) interested in submitting qualifications and costs for the Janitorial Services of the Spanish Fork Public Works Building located at 175 E 2160 N. It is Mandatory that all interested parties attend the Pre-RFP Meeting described above. The Pre-RFP meeting includes a building walkthrough.
Spanish Fork City Public Works Building houses the City Utilities Divisions, including Fleet, Garbage, Wastewater, Storm Water, Water, Streets and Power. The space contains offices, crew rooms, conference rooms, corridors and restrooms. The truck bays are not included in the proposal request.
The building will need janitorial service on Mondays and Wednesdays after 5:30 PM.
The objective of this RFP is to solicit proposals from highly experienced, professional janitorial service firms with consistent, skilled technicians who excel in the field of building janitorial care. The use of environmentally friendly cleaning products, solutions and techniques without sacrificing quality and cleanliness is desired and will be given preferential consideration.
