The City of Abilene is seeking proposals for Janitorial Services for each of the following locations:

1.  Abilene Senior Citizens Center – 100 N. Elm

2.  Abilene Convention and Visitor’s Bureau and Civic Center – 201 NW 2 nd

Attachments A (CVB/Civic Center) and B (Senior Center) outline the scope of services.

Please submit the proposal as a monthly cost for services, including cleaning supplies and equipment.   Submit sealed proposals to:

Proposals need to be received by Monday, August 11, 2025, at 10:00 a.m.

Proposal opening will take place on Monday, August 11, 2025, at 10:01 a.m.
