Friendship Aspire Arkansas is seeking bids for janitorial services for our campuses in Little Rock
and Pine Bluff, Arkansas. The District reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive any
irregularities or informalities, and award the contract in a manner deemed to be in the District’s
best interest, in accordance with applicable laws.
