MANDATORY PREBID MEETING: A mandatory pre-bid conference and tour for all bidders is scheduled for Thursday, March 20, 2025 at 8:00 a.m. The meeting will start at the Carnegie Forum, 305 West Pine Street, Lodi, California, and then will proceed to all of the facilities included in the contract. This pre-bid conference will be approximately three - four (3-4) hours long. ATTENDANCE AT THIS MEETING AND TOUR ARE MANDATORY FOR BIDDERS. A record of site visits will be maintained. Bids submitted without completing the mandatory site visit will be considered non-responsive.
