JANITORIAL SERVICE FOR LES MURAKAMI STADIUM (AFTER UH BASEBALL GAMES)

Project Description: Janitorial service for the Les Murakami Stadium (see attached files for description of service and special provisions). Items 2 to 5 are estimates of attendance for the 2026 season (e.g. 15 games having an attendance under 1,499). Please bid the “unit price” as the cost per game and the “total price” as the number of games multiplied by the cost per game. All vendors must have a valid Certificate of Vendor Compliance and Federal Tax ID number as of 01/20/26 in order for a purchase order to be issued. This bid will be awarded on the lowest total cost (including misc. charges, taxes, and freight) and the availability of funds.
11        Level 1 of 4: Attendance = 0 to 1,499

12        Level 2 of 4: Attendance = 1,500 to 2,499

4        Level 3 of 4: Attendance of 2,500 to 3,499

3        Level 4 of 4: Attendance of 3,500 to 5,000

Special Instructions

SITE VISIT IS REQUIRED PRIOR TO SUBMISSON OF QUOTE. SEE ATTACHED FILES FOR ELIGIBILITY TO BID (DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE AND SPECIAL PROVISION). The Certification of Compliance (Wage Certificate) with the requirements of section 103-55 HRS, as specified in Special Provision, ELIGIBILITY TO BID, is attached, and shall be completed and submitted by successful offeror.

Bid award will be based on availability of funds.

Vendor must be Vendor Compliant as shown on the Hawaii Compliance Express.
