Event Description

SD Wildland Fire is seeking proposals to provide janitorial service within the buildings located at 3305 West South Street, Rapid City SD 57702. The buildings include the Resource Conservation/Forestry and SD Wildland Fire buildings. Approximately 8,000 square feet of occupied space is involved. The area is a typical business office setting and would require janitorial service 3 days a week. The majority of janitorial services should be done outside of normal business hours. Please see attachments for a detailed description of the services needed. (Attachment A)

Offerors may email inquiries concerning this RFP to obtain clarification of requirements. No inquiries will be accepted after the date and time indicated in the Schedule of Activities. Inquiries must be emailed to Joannah Tornow at Joannah.tornow@state.sd.us with the subject line “RFP #25RFP13951”.

The State will respond to offeror’s inquiries (if required) via e-mail. In addition, all inquiries and the State’s response will be posted on the state’s e-procurement system. Offerors may not rely on any other statements, either of a written or oral nature, that alter any specification or other term or condition of this RFP. Offerors will be notified in the same manner as indicated above regarding any modifications to this RFP.
