| The intent of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is to select one (1) vendor to purchase our annual requirements for janitorial paper products to be utilized by the City of Suffolk on an ?as needed basis? during the contract period. | |||

| The contract shall cover the period from June 1, 2023 through May 31, 2024. The City reserves the option to renew this agreement for two (2) additional one-year periods ending May 31, 2026. Unless notified in writing thirty (30) days prior to the expiration date, the contract will automatically renew during these periods. | |||
