Janitorial & Floor Maintenance Services for Dallas Airport Systems

Project Description: This Request for Competitive Sealed Proposals (RFCSP) is intended to set forth the requirements to establish a three (3) year service contract with two, one-year renewal options for janitorial services and floor maintenance services for Dallas Love Field, Dallas Executive Airport, Dallas Heliport/Vertiport and satellite facilities. Satellite facilities under this solicitation are located on or adjacent to the Dallas Love Field property, which includes Building A Administration, Snow and Ice Removal Equipment Facility, Foxtronics, Central Receiving/Sally Port, Custom Border Patrol Office, Law Enforcement Building, DPD K9 Facility, ARP Building/Station 21, and Roadway Trash Receptacles.
