QUESTIONS:

1. Thank you for sharing the bid for janitorial services, will there be a walkthrough?

The Borough will be holding a Walk through on Monday 11/17 at 11am, beginning at Brough

hall (678 Haddon Ave Collingswood). At this time the potential bidder can view each

location.

2. Please share the square footage for each site.

The square footage of all the buildings listed in the Janitorial service bid is not readily

available, that is why we are having a walk through.

3. Who is responsible for the equipment and consumables?

Borough owns equipment, and Janitorial Company orders consumables and Borough pays

Supplier of goods directly.

4. Who is the current vendor?

Quality Services Inc.

5. What are the current rates?

Current contract available upon request.

6. What is the square footage for carpet cleaning and strip and wax

The square footage of all the buildings listed in the Janitorial service bid is not readily

available, that is why we are having a walk through.

7. What is the current cleaning schedule?

Within the specification, each building states when services are currently performed.

8. Is the cleaning needed Monday – Friday?

9. Is weekend cleaning needed?
