Janitorial Bid Notice

The City of Hartselle is seeking bids for a provider of Janitorial Services for City Hall, Library, Police Department, Public Safety Building and Sparkman Civic Center. Please go to our website www.hartselle.org for official bid notice and to read the “Specifications for Contract JanitorialServices”. Individual sealed bids must be submitted by Thursday, September 18, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. CST at which time they will be opened and publicly read aloud.

The Contractor is strongly encouraged to physically inspect buildings before submitting bid. Please call ahead to schedule an appointment. Successful bidder MUST carry workers compensation insurance to work on City property. No exceptions!!
