James City County Marina Upgrades and Supporting Infrastructure Improvements

James City County is seeking competitive proposals from pre-qualified Offerors, selected by the evaluation committee following the review of Statements of Qualification as requested in RFQ 20240763 to provide Design-Build Services for James City County Marina in accordance with all terms, conditions and specifications as set out in this Request for Proposal (RFP). This is the second step of a two-step qualifications-based competitive negotiation process as authorized by Section 2.2-4308 of the Code of Virginia and James City County adopted written procedures governing the selection, evaluation, and award of design-build contracts.
