Project Description: This Contract provides for improvements to the Jaggy Road Neighborhood Park, located at 4500 NE 72nd Ave, Vancouver, WA 98661. Contractor shall install play equipment, benches, picnic tables, trash receptacles, synthetic turf and engineered wood fiber safety surfacing. Contract shall also construct a concrete curb, sidewalk, ramp and asphalt paths, and other work, all in accordance with the attached Contract Plans, these Contract Provisions, and the Standard Specifications.
The Contract Work shall be Physically Complete within 120 Working Days from the Notice to Proceed.
