Jaggaer eProcurement–SUNY FMS Integration Services

The State University of New York at Stony Brook (“SUNY Stony Brook”) is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) to solicit proposals for the development of integrations between the Jaggaer eProcurement System and SUNY’s Financial Management System (FMS). These integrations will support contract encumbrances and payments (AC-340s) and ensure compliance with requirements to process transactions above certain thresholds under contracts rather than standalone Purchase Orders (POs).

Currently, no integration exists between Jaggaer and SUNY FMS for these transactions, requiring manual entry into SUNY FMS. This gap has been identified as a significant barrier to full campus participation in the platform. By implementing the designed integrations, SUNY seeks to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and eliminate duplicative data entry, enabling Jaggaer to function as a comprehensive procurement platform.
