Jackson Township 2025 Paving Projects

Project Description: Sealed proposals will be received electronically via the PennBid Program by Jackson Township, Lebanon County, for 2025 Paving Projects until 10:00 a.m. prevailing time on Monday, March 17, 2025 at which time the bids will be opened, with the bid results posted on PennBid shortly thereafter.
Bidding documents and specifications are available at no cost on PennBid. (https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com)
Each proposal must be accompanied by a bank cashier's check or bid bond (in the required form) for ten percent (10%) of the bid total. If a bank cashier’s check is used, it must be delivered to the Owner’s address prior to the Bid opening and must be enclosed in an opaque envelope with the project title and the name and address of Bidder.
The proposed work along Benjamin Circle, Apple Creek Lane, Cortland Drive, and Legacy Lane generally involves installation of a scratch course and wearing course overlay. Alternates are included for the installation of paving fabric.
Bidders are advised that prevailing wage rates and record-keeping procedures established by the Pennsylvania Department of Labor & Industry shall apply for bids over $100,000 and that minimum salaries and wages as set forth in the Contract Documents shall be paid on the project.
Jackson Township hereby reserves the right, which is understood and agreed to by all bidders, to reject any and all bids and to waive any omissions, errors, mistakes, defects or irregularities in any bid at its sole discretion.
