The work to be performed will include removal of the existing pumps, motors, drives and Pump Control Panel and to furnish and furnish and install in-kind replacements for the existing pumps, motors, drives and control panel, as well as all other work required and as indicated in the contract documents. Work under this Contract shall be paid for at the contract unit bid prices, which shall constitute full compensation for all material, labor, equipment, etc., required to satisfactorily complete the work.
