Skanska USA Building Inc., CM at Risk for the UNC Greensboro Jackson Library Renovations project will be accepting sealed bids from Prequalified Bidders for the following Bid Packages at UNC Greensboro, Jarrell Hall, Room #032, 320 College Avenue, Greensboro, NC 27412 and will immediately open and read thereafter on the dates and times listed: Bids will be received and read aloud at 3:00 PM on Thursday, February 12, 2026 for Bid Package 27A Audio Visual System. This is a change from the original bid date advertised. A Pre-Bid Meeting has also been changed to 2:00 PM on Tuesday, January 20, 2026 virtually via the following link: https://tinyurl.com/4x5dkk33. All Prequalified Bidders are encouraged to attend this meeting. The State reserves the unqualified right to reject any proposals.
