REQUEST FOR PREQUALIFICATION & HUB OUTREACH SESSION Skanska USA Building Inc., CM at Risk for the UNC Greensboro Jackson Library Addition and Renovation Project, is currently seeking to pre-qualify principal trade and specialty contractors for: - Bid Package 27A Audio Visual. Firms interested in the project are required to submit project-specific prequalification forms. Please contact Shannon Holian at Shannon.Holian@skanska.com to complete the Prequalification Process for this Bid Package. Please include "UNC Greensboro Jackson Library" in the subject line. Skanska will conduct a HUB Outreach Session to recruit, solicit and inform interested subcontractors, vendors and suppliers about opportunities to participate in the project. The HUB Outreach Session will be held virtually on 11/13/2025 at 1:00 pm.
