Jackson Library Addition & Renovation Trade Sub Bid Pkg Group 2

Skanska USA Building Inc., CM at Risk for the UNC Greensboro Jackson Library Addition and Renovation Project, is currently seeking to pre-qualify principal trade and specialty contractors for the Bid Packages listed below. Firms interested in the project are required to submit project-specific prequalification forms. The deadline for submission of prequalification forms for the following Bid Packages is January 24, 2025: 01C Cleaning, 03A CIP Concrete, 03B Site Concrete, 04 Masonry, 05 Steel & Miscellaneous Metals, 06 Millwork, 07A Metal Panels, 07B Roofing, 07C Waterproofing & Sealants, 08A Doors & Hardware, 08B Glazing, 09A/09B Drywall, 09C Flooring, 09D Tile & Terrazzo, 09E Ceilings, 10 Specialties, 11 Shelving, 12 Signate, 14 Elevators, 21 Fire Protection, 22 Plumbing, 23B Mechanical, 23C Building Controls, 23D Test & Balance, 26B Electrical, 31A Sitework & Utilities, 31B Underpinning, 32A Landscaping, 32B Hardscape & Site Improvements. Skanska will conduct a HUB Outreach Session to recruit, solicit and inform interested subcontractors, vendors and suppliers about opportunities to participate in the project on Thursday October 17, 2024 at 3:00 PM in Jarrell Hall Room 032 located at 320 College Avenue, Greensboro, NC 27412.
