Jackson County Parks & Recreation - Gordon Street Gym HVAC Replacement

The Jackson County Board of Commissioners will be accepting sealed bids to replace the HVAC unit at the Gordon Street Gym located 441 Gordon Street, Jefferson, GA 30549, until Thursday, June 5, 2025 at 10:00 AM. At that time, the sealed bids will be opened and read in the Finance Department Conference Room of the Jackson County Administrative Building at 4965 Jackson Parkway, Jefferson, Georgia 30549. Bids received after the due date and time will not be accepted or considered.

One original of the Request for Bid must be submitted. A 5% bid bond must be submitted with the bid. Performance and payment bond in the amount of 100% of the contract price will be required if the contract is awarded. A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held at the Gordon Street Gym located 441 Gordon Street, Jefferson, GA 30549, at 10:00 AM on May 21, 2025. Prospective bidders should meet at 10 AM outside of the Gym entrance. Bidders who do not attend will not be considered. Jackson County reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive any technicalities or irregularities, and to award the bid based on the highest and best interest of Jackson County.
