Jackson County 4H Extension Building Roof

The Jackson County Board of Commissioners will be accepting sealed proposals to replace roofing at the Jackson County 4-H building until Wednesday, June 18th, at 10:00 AM. At that time, the sealed proposals will be opened and read in the Finance Department Conference Room of the Jackson County Administrative Building at 4965 Jackson Parkway Jefferson, GA 30549. Proposals received after the due date and time will not be accepted or considered.

One original and three copies of the Request for Proposal must be submitted. A 5% bid bond must be submitted with the bid. Performance and payment bond in the amount of 100% of the contract price will be required if the contract is awarded.

A pre-bid meeting will be held at the Jackson County 4-H Building, located at 164 Four Fifty Seven Drive, Jefferson, GA, at 10:00 AM on May 28, 2025. Interested vendors are required to attend.

Jackson County reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive any technicalities or irregularities, and to award the bid based on the highest and best interest of Jackson County.
