amount of the bid. Upon proper execution of the agreement and required bonds, the checks or bid bonds of
all bidders will be returned to them.
Performance and Payment Bonds: A contract performance bond and payment bond, each in an amount equal
to one hundred percent (100%) of the agreement amount, will be required of the successful bidder.
Withdrawal of Proposals: No submitted proposal may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the
scheduled closing time for the receipt of proposal.
Drawings, Specifications and Contract Documents: Drawings, specifications, and contract documents will be
available on Monday, August 24, 2026. Electronic PDF copies of the drawings, specifications and contract
documents may be obtained by emailing Peter Johns, P.E. of Wiedeman and Singleton, Inc. at
pjj@wiedeman.com. Hard copies of these documents will not be sold by Wiedeman and Singleton, Inc.
Acceptance or Rejection of Bids: The right is reserved to accept or reject any or all proposals and to waive
informalities.
