Description
This is a Combined Synopsis Solicitation (CSS) for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Products and Commercial Services., using Simplified Acquisition Procedures found at FAR Part 13 and as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.
