This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with format in Subpart 12.6- Streamline Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Item. The proposed contract action is for continuous environmental monitoring system for the Veterans Health Care System of the Ozarks (VHSO) Fayetteville, AR, and surrounding Community Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOCs) for which the Government intends to solicit competitive quotes. Interested contractors may submit quotes, and all eligible quotes must be received prior to the response date listed on Contract Opportunities to be considered by the Government.

The NAICS code is 811210 and the size standard is $34 million.

This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2025-05 08/07/2025.
