Sealed bids will be received by the Engineering Department on behalf of the Board of Commissioners, Central Arkansas Water, 425 W. Capitol Avenue, Little Rock, Arkansas 72201, (8th Floor), until 9:00 A.M., February 17, 2026, for the follow¬ing:

INSTALLATION OF NETWORK CABLING ON ALL FOUR FLOORS OF CENTRAL ARKANSAS WATER’S JAMES T. HARVEY (J.T.H.) ADMINISTRATION BUILDING
CENTRAL ARKANSAS WATER, JAMES T. HARVEY ADMINISTRATION BUILDING, 221 E. CAPITOL AVE., LITTLE ROCK, AR 72203
CENTRAL ARKANSAS WATER JOB NO. 09549
Plans and specifications may be examined and obtained at the above office at no cost. Bidders must obtain an official set of contract documents, either hard copy or electronic, directly from Central Arkansas Water and be listed on the plan holders list for this project in order to insure receipt of bid addendums or project updates.
There will be an in-person pre-bid conference on February 10, 2026, at 9:00 A.M., at Central Arkansas Water, 425 W. Capitol Avenue, Little Rock (8th Floor). All bidders are strongly encouraged to attend the pre-bid conference. Direct any bid questions to Jeff Eades of Central Arkansas Water at (501) 377-1274 or at Jeff.Eades@carkw.com .
All bids must be accompanied by a Certified Check or Bid Bond in an amount equal to at least 5% of the total bid.
The Commission reserves the right to waive formalities, reject any or all bids, and to accept the bid deemed to serve the best interest of Central Arkansas Water.
