Place of Performance:
The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 6 intends to award a
sole source, firm fixed price contract to Mechanical Solutions Inc, 503 Cornerstone Court, Hillsborough, NC 27278 for the Ameriwater Inc (SPS) equipment Repair for the Fayetteville VAMC, 2300 Ramsey Street, Fayetteville NC 28301, Fayetteville HCC, 7300 S. Raeford Rd., Fayetteville NC 28304, and Wilmington HCC, 1705 Gardner Rd., Wilmington NC 28405. It is the Government s belief that the proposed candidate is the Ameriwater Inc Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) sole dealer representative in North Carolina, South Carolina, and Georgia.
Market research has determined that these items can only be obtained from a single source without an unacceptable duplication of cost or delay in the continuity of patient care. No solicitation documents are available and telephone requests will not be accepted.
However, any business that believes it can provide the Ameriwater Inc (SPS) equipment Repair may give written notice to Cherisse.Hall@va.gov by 4:00pm EDT on 8/25/2025. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the above requirement. Interested and capable respondents are requested to provide the information below.
All responses to this notice shall include: company name, address, point of contact, phone number, System for Award (SAMs) Unique Entity Id Number (UEI), manufacturer authorization letter, authorized dealer, authorized distributor, or authorized reseller documentation.
Responses will be considered by the Government; however, a determination by the Government
not to compete the proposed acquisition based upon responses of this notice is solely within the
discretion of the Government.
