Description

This is a Request for Information only. This Sources Sought Notice is not a request for formal proposals or quotes. It is neither a solicitation announcement or a request for quotes and does not obligate the Government to award a contract. Requests for a solicitation will not receive a response. Responses to this Sources Sought Notice must be in writing and include a capabilities statement to Contracting Officer Daniel Zielinski, daniel.zielinski@va.gov, no later than 10/31/2024 at 10:00am EST. Telephone inquiries shall not be accepted.

General

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Veterans Integrated Service Network (2), as defined below, intends to award a firm-fixed price contract to a qualified firm with the capacity and capability to perform, but limited to, the following excerpt from the scope of work.

The contractor shall perform preventative maintenance to original equipment manufacturer (OEM) specifications on 2 AMF pinspotters at the Canandaigua VA. Contractor shall perform 26 biweekly preventative maintenance visits during the length of this contract. Contractor shall perform preventative maintenance to include at minimum, but not limited to:
Operate machines (both lanes)
Lanes cleaned and oiled (both lanes)
Grease and lubricate (both machines)
Adjustment screws inspected.
Lightning rod bushings inspected.
Pivot pins inspected.
Cell screws inspected.
Pit carpets cleaned.
