THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. This is not a solicitation for bids, proposals, proposal abstracts, or quotations. The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice is to obtain information regarding the availability and capability of all qualified sources to perform a potential requirement. The responses received from interested contractors will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), NCO 08- is conducting a market research survey to identify potential qualified sources capable of providing for Boiler Inspection, Cleaning, and Maintenance at a firm fixed price for a Base plus Four One-Year Options for the following location: Bay Pines VA Healthcare System, 10000 Bay Pines Blvd. Bay Pines, FL 33744.

Interested parties should provide the following information:
1. Company name, address, point of contact, and point of contact email address and phone number.
2. UEI number and CAGE code.
3. Business size status under the applicable NAICS code.
4. Existing government Contract Number/ Contract for this scope and expiration date.
5. What percentage of the total contract value will be subcontracted?
Responses are due to Moneque Rodriguez at moneque.rodriguez@va.gov by 13:00 PM EST on Friday, March 27, 2026. No submissions will be accepted after this date and time. This is a Sources Sought Notice and submissions will be used for informational and planning purposes only. Respondents are solely responsible for all expenses associated with responding to this Sources Sought.
