The Facilities Management Service (FMS) requires preventive maintenance services for HVAC Water Chillers at the VA Caribbean Healthcare System.
The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items, and non-personal services necessary to perform preventive and corrective maintenance services to HVAC Water Chillers at VACHS as defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).

Respondents must provide clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. Responses must be received no later than August 24, 2026, at 10:00 AM (Puerto Rico local time) to Baryan Sierra at baryan.sierrapierluissi@va.gov.
