INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE
The Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office (NCO) 6, Hunter Holmes McGuire Veterans Affairs Medical Center (VAMC) intends to enter into a sole source procurement with SCRIPTPRO USA INC, 5828 REEDS ROAD, Mission, Kansas 66202-2740.
339112 Surgical and Medical Instrument Manufacturing. The proposed contract action is for One (1) SP 200 12-Slot CCC robot for main production, (20) SP Datapoints (workstations), (10) SP Printers (label printers), (1) Report printer (customer to provide RX Paperwork Laser Printers), (6) Notice boards, (3) eSIG devices, Pharmacy Services Portal (PSP) patient check-in Kiosk, (5) PSP Ticket Window Displays, (2) PSP Audio Speakers for main waiting area, ScriptPro Nutanix HCI 1000 Server and SP Central Workflow Software System to include ScriptPro Inventory Management System (SIM)- Interfaces: VistA host system, mail service (vendor TBD), Rx Paperwork Workflow- and Delivery and Installation. In support of the Fredericksburg HCC s existing ScriptPro System.
To support the purchase of the Fredericksburg HCC s new ScriptPro Pharmacy Workflow &
Automation system. The Government intends to solicit to only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b), Soliciting from a single source.
The contract is anticipated to be for a one-time delivery. This notice of intent is NOT a request for quotation. Interested parties may identify their interest in the requirement and capabilities to Keicha.Passley@va.gov no later than 12:00 PM EST, 12 March 2025. Telephone inquiries will not be accepted. All information shall be furnished at no cost or obligation to the government.
Gray market items are Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) goods sold through unauthorized channels in direct competition with authorized distributors. This procurement is for new OEM items only. No remanufacture or gray market items will be acceptable as replacement parts.
Vendors claiming to provide the above products shall be an OEM authorized dealer, authorized distributors, or authorized reseller for the proposed alternate equipment necessary for this procurement, verified by an authorization letter or other documents from the OEM, such that the OEM s warranty and service are provided and maintained by the OEM. All software licensing, warranty and service associated with the equipment and/or services contracts for maintenance of equipment shall be in accordance with the OEM terms and conditions.
No solicitation will be made available. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the government not to complete this proposed contract based upon responses to the notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
