This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued.

This is a Request for Quote (RFQ) Solicitation number 36C25925Q0598. The government anticipates awarding a firm-fixed price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract resulting from this solicitation.

Willow Drive, Suite 300, Greenwood Village, Colorado 80111, in support of Montana VA Health Care System Miles City VA Community Living Center, 210 S Winchester Ave, Miles City, Montana 59301 is seeking to procure services in accordance with the Performance Work Statement and price schedule.
